Position overview
As a Business Process Automation Engineer at BeOne, you will be at the heart of operational scalability and process innovation. From day one, you will report directly to the Head of Operations. To support your onboarding, you’ll be paired with a buddy, another Business Process Automation Engineer from ICEO, who will help you settle into the role during your first 3 months.
This role is ideal for someone who loves solving business problems through the smart use of software, is fluent in workflow automation tools, and understands how to translate business needs into scalable digital processes.
Areas of responsibilities
- Build and implement internal automation workflows across departments using tools like n8n, Make, and no-code platforms.
- Support departments by designing lightweight, maintainable processes based on real needs (not just tech for tech’s sake).
- Maintain and configure shared tools like Jira, Okta, Slack, Miro, and our own internally developed platforms.
- Implement and uphold security standards for internal tools. This includes proper password management, 2FA enforcement, and hardware compliance.
- Take part in service ownership and configuration - introducing and managing SaaS tools used company-wide.
- Collaborate with other teams on cross-departmental process design.
- Provide support for onboarding processes, especially in terms of setting up tools and system access.
- Assist in vendor communication and maintain availability for operational elements tied to product delivery.
What you bring to the role

- Solid hands-on experience with no-code builders.
- Comfort with scripting languages, like TypeScript or Python.
- Mid-level understanding of AI technologies, including the ability to integrate LLMs via APIs.
- Experience in process design and implementation, ideally across multiple departments.
- Familiarity with security practices - managing access, enforcing policies, and maintaining compliance.
Soft skills you’ll need
- You’re a strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally with non-technical teams.
- You ask questions before building, focusing on real needs, not just assumptions.
- You’re proactive and independent, but know when to ask for help or escalate an issue.
- You can balance precision with pragmatism, building scalable solutions without overcomplicating things.
