About Team 

Studio is a multidisciplinary team operating as ICEO's incubator, focused on identifying and validating new product ideas. The process begins with market analysis and the search for innovative concepts, followed by practical validation. Successful ideas progress to MVP development, with each project taking around three months from idea to MVP. The goal is to efficiently verify ideas and create MVPs for further development or scaling.

In this role, you will cover:

Research & Development

• Actively contribute throughout all phases of our in-house Venture Building model, including Ideation, Validation, and Creation by providing technical expertise
• Support the evaluation of new projects by performing rapid feasibility analysis
• Prototype and develop PoCs during later stages of idea exploration
• Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitors. Analyze technical data to generate actionable insights
• Translate technical circumstances into potential business ideas

Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design and implement new products aligned with business objectives
• Provide technical insights to support the Studio team’s creative process
• Communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical team members

Other

• Deliver engineering objectives
• Maintain comprehensive records of research, methodologies, and outcomes. Create clear and concise reports and presentations for internal use
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into research findings

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years in tech roles, including 3+ as a software engineer and 1+ years on similar position
• Proven experience building full-stack web apps from scratch, handling backend, frontend, and DevOps
• Understanding Blockchain and AI products (e.g., OpenAI API, smart contracts) 
• Experience working with automation tools and no-code/low-code solutions for prototyping
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply
• Excellent information-gathering, synthesizing, and interpreting data skills, including data from academic papers, industry sources, and technological documentation

Recruitment Process:

Initial Call with Recruiter - 45 min - quick chat to learn more about working at ICEO and the position itself and to discuss your experience briefly

Technical Interview - 1.5h - meeting with two Studio members focused on your technical comprehension around Software Engineering (Architecture, API, Databases, Infrastructures, Web and Mobile Development)

Final Interview - 1.5h - quick Case Study and domain-oriented discussion with our VP of Technology
