About this role:
Linity is seeking a strategic and adaptable Head of Product to work closely with the CEO and other members of the management team to help define Linity’s future. You will lead our product vision, define the roadmap, and support the development team to deliver on critical platform features. This role requires a unique blend of Web2 & Web3 expertise, fintech experience, and a strong community focus.
Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the CEO and other key stakeholders to develop and refine Linity’s strategic vision.
- Drive the product roadmap with a strong focus on monetization, community engagement, and feature diversification.
- Contribute thought leadership on potential product directions, including pivoting towards a launchpad model, an on/off-ramp solution, or an educational platform for Web3.
Execution & Planning:
- Work to balance development timelines with feature scope, ensuring effective prioritization with limited resources.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to product development, iterating quickly while upholding high standards in documentation and delivery.
Community & User Engagement:
- Build and scale community-driven features to enhance user participation and satisfaction.
- Act as a user champion, embedding community insights into the product development cycle to foster a highly engaged user base.
- Support the research & design teams in crafting experiences that meet both community and revenue goals.
Market Knowledge & Analytics:
- Leverage a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape, combining it with fintech experience to drive innovation.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging Web3 technologies, and competitor products to ensure Linity remains at the forefront.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure product success and refine future roadmap items.
Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small, cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Provide clear, thoughtful feedback to both senior leadership and team members.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, respectfully challenging and contributing to Linity’s strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven success in a Web3 project, ideally within a community-focused or community-dependent product.
- Prior experience in fintech alongside strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience in product documentation as a critical part of development.
- Experience working in an agile environment, balancing scope with timely delivery in smaller teams.
- A leadership track record managing at least a four-person team.
- Understanding of Western European markets, with bonus points for familiarity with Asian market dynamics.
- A blend of visionary thinking and commitment to aligning with strategic decisions once made.
- Minimum technical knowledge sufficient to communicate effectively with development teams, understand core tech processes, and support solution-driven discussions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on projects related to wallet funding, token launches, or other Web3 onboarding solutions.
- Passion for or experience in educational content development in the Web3 space.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and monetization models.
