In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with C-level executives to align and execute a forward-thinking product strategy that drives business growth,
• Translating the company’s vision and goals into work and development strategies for the Technology department in the project,
• Lead the end-to-end technology processes, including architecture, software development, cybersecurity, infrastructure and smart-contracts,
• Oversee the design, development and maintenance of ZND platform, ensuring security, reliability, performance, cost-effectiveness and stability based on SLA requirements,
• Build and cultivate a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence,
• Ensure that all technology systems meet internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements,
• Oversee the workload of the Technology department by establishing priorities, managing resource allocation and ensuring alignment with agreed-upon delivery timelines,
• Manage technology-related risks, offering transparent communication and proactive crisis management,
• Run technological projects from design to successful delivery.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience as a Head of Technology, CTO, or similar role in a crypto or fintech company,
• Experience in building and scaling cloud-native web applications with a focus on performance, security, and scalability,
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end technology processes in a crypto or fintech environment,
• Strong technical background in software development, web development, systems architecture, data management, API development and microservices architecture,
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java/Scala and React.js
• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts and protocols,
• Experience with information security principles (such as OWASP, ISO27001), data privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA) and industry compliance standards,
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD),
• Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and financial services, preferable with hands-on experience in developing and deploying blockchain-based solutions.
