About the project:

Studio operates as an incubator with a primary focus on identifying and validating new product ideas. The process begins with internal market analysis and the search for innovative concepts. Once an idea is identified, it undergoes practical validation. If successful, the team moves on to developing an MVP. Each project, from idea to MVP, typically takes about three months. The Studio Project's goal is to efficiently verify ideas and create MVPs for further development or scaling.

About the role:

We're searching for a Senior UX Designer who's more than just an idea person—you're a doer, a Trailblazer eager to transform early-stage product ideas into real solutions our customers love. If you excel in the face of uncertainty and have a talent for seeing opportunities where others see gaps, this role is tailor-made for you.

The role sits in our dynamic and high-performance Studio where you will take inception & early stage ideas and turn them into simple, scalable, and yet powerful prototypes and designs using rapid prototyping and Lean UX methods. You are a key asset in a fast-paced environment with lots of context switching, where you are at the start and forefront of product discovery.

Your ability to prototype and refine products directly will be crucial.

Working closely with research, product, and engineers, you have a general interest in building startups, not just performing your own specialization.
• Strategic Risk-Taking: Know when and where to cut corners without accruing significant design or product debt, maintaining a focus on delivering value. You understand where AI tools can help you gain speed & value.
• New Horizons: You are comfortable navigating the unknown and ready to define new paths. This role is not about optimization but focuses heavily on discovery. This means being highly adaptable and able to work off assumptions to validate them.
• Rapid results: You are a seasoned UX designer (5+ years) with a portfolio that speaks to your ability to bring early-stage ideas to fruition by applying Lean UX and Rapid Prototyping methods. Ideally, you have an incubator, accelerator or early startup experience.
• Pro-totype: You are proficient with Figma and creating interactive prototypes with no-code tools like Framer, Protopie etc.

Recruitment process:

• Resume and portfolio check - we do it in 3 days
• Screening with recruiter - (45 mins) - we will tell you about us and our projects and ask you basic questions about your experience to check if it’s a match :)
• Meet the design team- (1 hour) - Interview meeting with designers to present an assignment case we send, with an actual Studio project.
• Final Meeting: Meet the leadership team - (1 hour) - meeting with the team: Head of Design / Head of Product and/or Tech Lead to discuss collaboration approach and cultural fit.
