In this role, you will:
Product Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision and strategy, aligning it with business goals and market needs.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, including discovery, specification, design, and launch.
Token Management: Oversee the management and utility of the new token, including incentive structures.
Market Analysis: Work closely with the Insight team to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Blockchain Integration: Ensure seamless integration of blockchain technologies with existing systems, working with APIs and smart contracts.
Financial Services: Develop and implement financial products such as lending, borrowing, yield generation, and staking mechanisms.
Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, researchers, and development teams.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including third-party crypto exchange partners.
User Experience: Translate user needs and feedback into product features, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly platform.
Risk Management: Implement risk management practices, particularly in the context of crypto assets.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and metrics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to drive user adoption and engagement, ensuring effective monetization of the platform.
What we expect from you:
Key Skills and Experience:
- Product Management: Proven experience in leading end-to-end product development in a crypto or fintech environment.
- Crypto & Web3 Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the crypto & Web3 market landscape.
- Tokenomics: Expertise in token creation, management, and utility within a platform.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with blockchain integration, APIs, and smart contracts.
- Financial Services: Knowledge of lending, borrowing, yield generation, and staking mechanisms.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders and aligning project goals.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed product decisions.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of revenue models and growth strategies in the context of crypto products.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Head of Product, Product Manager, or similar role in a crypto or fintech company.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in launching and managing crypto products, tokens, or platforms.

Recruitment Process:
Stage I: Resume and portfolio check - we do it in 3-5 working days
Stage II: Screening with recruiter - (45 mins) - Maja Tomovska will tell you about us and our projects and ask you basic questions about your experience to check if it’s a match :)
Stage III: First Interview (1.5 hours) - meeting with VP of Product Tony Lees: An in-depth discussion focusing on your product management experience (with examples), leadership & technical skills and strategic vision for the platform
Stage IV: Second Interview (1 hour) - Leadership and Soft Skills check with the Hiring Manager (Tony Lees) and an HRBP (Katarzyna Kowalska): The goal of this meeting is to make sure that the candidate has leadership skills that will allow them to manage a team, support team members in their development and handle difficult situations.
Stage V: Third Interview - (45 mins) - Team Culture Check with Lead of Design (Tim Reerink)and QA Lead (Paweł Potwora): A meeting to evaluate your compatibility with the team’s culture, collaboration style and communication skills
Stage VI: Final Interview (1.5 hours) - ICEO Board: A comprehensive interview with the Founders/ CEOs (Dawid Duniec & Wojciech Sroka) to assess the candidate’s leadership capabilities, long-term vision and potential impact on the company’s success
