• As a remote-first company, we enable you to work from anywhere in the world, but you can also work in one of our offices in Poland (Cracow) or Estonia (Tallinn),

• You will play one of the key roles in the creation of our products in fintech, web3 and cryptocurrency industries.

In this role you will:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while developing new features and functionality for existing applications, focusing on coding and debugging throughout the entire application lifecycle.
• Review code written by peers to ensure quality, standards, and functionality; conduct unit and integration tests; propose improvements; and fix bugs to optimize application performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members (designers, project managers, developers) throughout the development process, actively participating in meetings and discussions to align project goals and timelines.
• Estimate time and effort for tasks and report progress, issues, and risks to team leads or project managers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical support to team members or departments, troubleshoot issues in production and ensure applications are secure and optimized for performance.
• Write and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for code and development processes, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest changes.
• Adhere to company and industry standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and data protection policies.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years experience in web development
• 2+ years commercial experience in React
• 1+ years commercial experience in NextJs
• Good knowledge of React, NextJs, Typescript
• Proven ability to analyze and solve technical problems
• Self-driven and responsible with the ability to independently work with little help
• Experience in developing fintech or crypto applications

Recruitment Process:

Our recruitment process includes several stages:

CV review We are planning to review all the applications and get back to the selected candidates the latest by the end of January.

Stage I:

An introductory conversation with recruitment, during which we will tell you about us and the Venture Builder approach, our goals, the team and about completed and ongoing projects. At this stage, we will want to know your current situation in the context of changing jobs, financial expectations and preferred form of employment.

Stage II :

A technical interview during which we will want to know your experience. We will ask you a few questions about solution architecture, knowledge of specific tools and technology. On this meeting there is a possibility of live coding.

Stage III :

A technical interview with frontend lead where he will mostly focus on your experience and good practices.
