FAQ

  • Yes, you can apply for multiple positions that match your qualifications and interests. Each application will be reviewed individually.

  • The recruitment process takes around 4 weeks on average, depending on the specific role and the number of applications. We strive to keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.

  • At ICEO, we've always been a remote-first company, which means our teams have the flexibility to work from anywhere. However, it's important to us that candidates are located within the Central European Time (CET) zone or a similar time zone. This ensures that our teams can collaborate effectively and maintain a strong, synchronised workflow across all projects.

  • At ICEO, we didn’t just adapt to remote work – we enhanced it with our ICEO Virtual Office. This internal tool is the core of our remote setup, featuring designated video conferencing rooms that boost productivity and foster a sense of togetherness, no matter where team members are. We believe that transparent and accessible communication is key to our success, especially in a fully remote environment. To ensure that everyone is on the same page and that important information is never lost or hidden, we use dedicated Slack channels for all team and project communications instead of private messages.

  • Our benefits package varies depending on the candidate's location. We offer a range of perks designed to support our employees' well-being and work-life balance. We encourage you to discuss the specific benefits available to you with your Talent Acquisition Partner during the recruitment process.

  • Adaptation to a new work environment is an ongoing process. That’s why we’re committed to fostering a supportive approach to make your transition into the ICEO team as smooth as possible. Our onboarding process will provide you with the following things to excel in your role:

Knowledge (our Confluence-based Knowledge Base with all the company’s policies),

Tools (Jira, Toggl, Confluence, ICEO Virtual Office, Employee Portal),

    Resources (project- and domain-related training).

  • After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Our recruitment team will then review your application. If you are shortlisted, we will contact you to arrange the next steps in the recruitment process.

  • At ICEO, English is our primary language for all work-related communication. We use it not only in our daily work but also throughout the entire recruitment process, regardless of the candidate's nationality. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration within our global team.

  • Yes, our recruitment processes are conducted online. We encourage you to ensure that you have a stable internet connection and a functioning camera for video interviews. During the process, we may use AI tools, with your consent, to assist in tasks such as generating meeting notes.

  • The Independent Contractor Agreement is a formal contract between ICEO and individuals who provide services to us on a freelance or independent basis. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the working relationship, including the scope of work, payment terms, confidentiality, and other essential details. It is important to note that this collaboration is full-time, ensuring that you are fully integrated into our projects and team, while still maintaining your independent contractor status.

  • If you have any questions about the recruitment process, contact the Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for your process.
